Our consulting option is designed for those who want help understanding the data and how to use it effectively with a plan they are already utilizing and invested in. We help athletes tweak workouts as needed. This option is great for those who are not ready or not needing a full time coach for writing workouts but assisting on a as needed basis. We analyze your plan and your goals and make adjustments to that plan based on those metrics.

STRENGTH TRAINING ADD ON

Have a home gym or set of dumbbells? Are you familiar with most major strength exercises? Really just needing a strength plan that someone else plans and you follow? We’ve got you covered. This weekly workout segment will help you add strength to your training program with three to four workouts per week. Your coach will recommend how many strength sessions you should do based on the periodization of your endurance plan.

  • Includes 1x30-minute virtual consult to discuss recommendations, form, and equipment

  • Cost $100

The single sport plan includes customized training plans based on the athletes goals and experience level. We know work and life can be stressful. By utilizing a customized training plan we can build and change workouts based on your life and your needs so you reach your goals safely and efficiently.

We utilize the Training Peaks Software for our coaching plans and data analysis review.

  • Road/Trail Running ( 5k, 10k, 13.1, 26.2, 50k, 50miler and 100k)

STRENGTH TRAINING SINGLE SPORT ADD ON

Single Sport Personal Training is for those who need more individualized 1:1 Training Plans. This plan includes one in-person or virtual consult (based on schedule availability and location) per month and individualized training sessions based on your need and your sport. Examples for who this benefits are first-time athletes to an endurance program; first time strength athletes; athletes coming off injury or who have imbalances; or athletes who just need more individual accountability.

  • Custom strength training plan for single sport strength

  • Cost $175

Multisport plans for Triathlon include

STRENGTH TRAINING MULTISPORT ADD ON

This program is the same as the single sport but, because of the complexity of multi-sport training, the workouts require a higher level of planning and incorporation.

  • Includes 1:1 in person or virtual consult

  • Highly customized strength training.

  • Focus on strength, mobility, injury recovery and prevention all sports.

  • Cost $225

Precisely track skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, fat loss, body fat percentage and basal metabolic rate to keep athletes motivated and enhanced training success.

Cost is $25 when done at EOD event OR included with the 5-10 individual strength training sessions package.

Swim Analysis

 

For athletes who are looking to spend less time in the pool, improve efficiency and speed, not just in the pool but open water as well. Being able to see what is happening under water and adjust form and technique can increase your speed and efficiency by up to 75%. This is an add on item cost if you are on the Consulting Plan. If you are utilizing the Single Sport or Multisport Training Plan this is included.

Not on a plan or currently being coached by us, that is ok, you can still purchase the swim analysis!
