We want to help athletes learn about their training plans and understand the data so they can make smart decisions during their training days and their race days.

When an athlete begins to understand the How and Why’s of training, recovery and pacing strategy’s they become stronger and more confident in their training and racing abilities. They begin to train and race smarter, not harder, and therefore are less likely to experience injury and setback.
