COACH RAY DELAHOUSSAYE, COACH/OWNER
ABOUT COACH RAY DELAHOUSSAYE
Coach Ray has a passion for helping others. With over 10 years experience in endurance sports and athletics, Coach Ray has competed in Ironman’s, Marathons, Ultra Marathons and Trail running. “A variety of mentorship from high end coaches and athletes has really helped put me in the position I am in now.”
“I spent months if not years training the wrong way, experiencing injury and setback.
I want to pass on the knowledge of how to train and recover correctly so athletes don’t make the same mistakes that I did.”
Coach Ray encourages athletes to learn why their plans and training are built in the manner they are. “I love showing athletes data like Heart Rate, Power, Aerobic Decoupling, Intensity Factor.
“When athletes learn why and how things affect their training and their bodies, athletes can make better decisions on their own and have better training and race day outcomes.”
In his spare time Coach Ray is a Instrument Rate Pilot and Videographer. He enjoys training with his wife Pam and their 4 dogs Maverick, Charlie, Pacer and Panko.
